These chips do not come with paper forms, but will be sent with one of our specially designed pet-detect 'Petlog jotters' to help you record the correct details.
To begin registering microchips directly onto the Petlog database, you will need a Petlog Authorisation Code (User Account). Requesting an account is easy: click on the 'Petlog For Authorised Agents' tab at http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/petlog/ and enter a few details. Simples!
Once registered, the pet owner will receive confirmation from Petlog within 3-5 working days.
