A brief guide to get you started registering the animals you have microchipped online with Petlog.

First, ensure you are registered as an ‘Authorised Agent’.

1. Go to www.thekennelclub.org.uk/petlog/
2. Scroll down to the ‘Petlog for pet owners’ section, and click on ‘Petlog for Authorised Agents’.
   
   

    

3. When you reach the log-in page, click on the link that says: ‘Click here to request a user account’
   
   

    

4. Fill in your details:
   
   

    

5. You will receive an email from Petlog.
6. Now, when you log in, you’ll be taken straight to this screen:
   
   

    

7. Enter the microchip number and animal species (e.g. Canine, Feline, Rabbit, etc) in the relevant boxes, and press the green arrow.
8. Now, enter additional details and confirm your registration…and you’re away.
