We have settled down in our new office - and spent a lot of time and money developing a good safe website for taking orders and providing free CPD for Implanters. Our intention is that the telephones be answered until lunchtime each day.

Delivery and Shipping Charges

SIMPLE AND SPEEDY: Order before midday for same-day dispatch UK Delivery Costs.

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day and in most cases should arrive the next day.

We use Royal Mail to keep postal costs as low as possible. Delivery charges are based on the item in the highest band below and are automatically allocated at checkout.

COVID has caused short staffing in the Post Office and their deliveries are suffering, the Christmas increase is now also impacting so please bear with us and order in plenty of time.

UK Delivery Costs

Our website should calculate your postage accurately, Postage is based on weight, parcel size and Insurance value. These are the bands we use in it.

Band 1    Accessories      £4.40   plus VAT
           
Band 2    1 - 2 boxes of microchips with any type of registration, Halo scanner or microchip demonstrator block.      £5.40    plus VAT
           
Band 3    3-10 boxes of microchips with online or no registration, PetScan scanner, Universal Scanner or ARE H5 extension pole      £8.75   plus VAT
           
Band 4    3-10 boxes of microchips with paper registration, ARE H5 scanner or Long-Handled scanner    £12.50   plus VAT
           
Band 5    500 microchips with paper, online or no registration.

ROI Delivery Costs

Orders placed before 12pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service. The charge will be given in euros on your order based on that day's exchange rate. VAT is automatically added to website.
