Privacy policy updates

As part of our commitment to protect your personal information and data for individuals connected with your business, we are in the process of updating our Privacy Policy.

New changes in the law came into effect on 25th May 2018 and so we are updating our privacy policy to be fully compliant with new GDPR legislation.

We take our responsibilities under GDPR seriously. That’s why we have embarked on a programme to identify which measures we needed to implement and become fully compliant with GDPR regulation. Here is a quick summary of the process we are going through for GDPR compliance:

·       Carrying out a comprehensive GDPR audit assessment.

·       Implementing an internal GDPR process plan to ensure all of our staff are aware of what GDPR requires and how it impacts their day-to-day roles.

·       Conducting a data-mapping exercise to discover where all information within our organisation sits.

·       Reviewing key third-party vendor arrangements to make sure all information is stored in a compliant way and easily accessible.

We will post our updated Privacy policy here in the coming weeks, but if you would like to speak to us about our new policy, please contact us on: 01962-813554
